Take Chelsea Thomas (I Heart Bargains) on the road with Australia Post to meet local creators and entrepreneurs currently using Australia Posts small business and postage/packaging services.

The Challenge

‘On the Road’! Need we say more? Packing a team up and sending them North to the Byron Bay region, to work through an action packed production schedule with some destinations over 2 hours apart is a huge challenge. This called for epic days, with 7 unique businesses captured over 72 hours, and 12 individual videos created. With such a tight schedule the real challenge was making sure we got every last piece of beautiful imagery and the audio to match these incredible stories.

The Solution

Create a series of videos to tell the stories of several online business’s that without the logistical support of Australia Post (for packaging, transportation of goods and small business services) would not be able base themselves in small regional areas like the Byron Bay Hinterland.

GLUE Content created 12 individual videos, designed for social media usage. Whilst on location the respective teams were also busy filming live footage for social media stories, with footage hot off the press each day.

Each video had a slightly different purpose to ensure the content release over campaign duration didn’t feel repetitive. Some videos featured the surprise and delight of finding a new exciting product while others told an emotive story of the businesses journey. Each video capitalised on the luxurious region and surrounds.
